1. Clean the Leather Upper
Wipe with a soft, damp cloth after each use to remove dust and dirt.
For deeper cleaning, use a mild leather cleaner.
Avoid harsh chemicals or rough scrubbing to protect the leather surface.
2. Protect the Material
Apply a leather conditioner occasionally to maintain softness and prevent cracks.
Use a leather protector spray to guard against stains and moisture.
3. Keep the Height Insole Safe
Avoid removing the built-in height elevator unless necessary.
Do not fold or press the elevated heel area, as it may affect the lift structure.
4. Dry Properly
If the shoes get wet, let them air-dry at room temperature.
Keep away from direct sunlight, heaters, or dryers — heat can damage the leather and the internal lift.
5. Maintain the Shape
Use shoe trees or stuff the shoes with paper when not in use to help retain their shape.
Store in a cool, dry place.
6. Sole & Flex Maintenance
Since the sole is designed to be flexible, avoid excessive bending to prevent long-term weakening.
Clean the outsole with a soft brush to remove debris.
